To meet the ever-growing demand for high-quality, individualized test-prep, TAC is often looking for stand-out candidates to join the team. Successful candidates have a strong academic background in all areas they teach, solid expertise relevant to their tests, and–most importantly–the ability to engage students in active, dynamic sessions. Specifically, they will be expected to:

• Have earned a bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred) in a subject-relevant area with a GPA that reflects academic dedication.
• Bring energy, passion, and enthusiasm to sessions as well as the ability to adapt to the diverse academic and personal needs of our students.
• Demonstrate the ability to score within the 99th percentile for ALL sections of all tests they coach.
• Guide students through challenging academic and standardized test coursework in a way that reflects a student-centered, active-learning pedagogy.
• Integrate TAC’s array of learning technologies into a rigorous curriculum adapted to EVERY student’s specific goals, learning-style, and situation.
